COMMERCIAL PAINTING

Paint is the finish everyone sees and the first thing to fail when preparation is rushed. Our painters patch, skim, sand, prime and seal before a single finish coat goes on, then apply commercial-grade or specialty coatings rated for the traffic and cleaning your space actually gets. We work nights and weekends in occupied buildings, use low-VOC and low-odor products so your team can return the next morning, and protect every surface that isn't being painted.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you paint while we stay open?

Yes. Most of our commercial painting is done nights, weekends or in phases, with low-odor low-VOC products so the space is usable the next business day.

What preparation is included?

Patching, skim coating, sanding, caulking, degreasing and the correct primer for each substrate. Prep is where paint jobs succeed or fail, so it's never the item we cut.

Do you do epoxy floors and industrial coatings?

Yes — epoxy and urethane floor systems, anti-microbial and cleanable wall coatings, and high-performance industrial finishes for warehouse and back-of-house areas.

Can you match our brand colors?

Yes. We work from brand specifications and paint-manufacturer formulas, and we keep batch consistency across multiple locations in a rollout.

Do you paint building exteriors?

We paint exterior elements tied to commercial interior and storefront projects, including facades, storefront metal and canopies, with appropriate coatings for each market's climate.

Choosing The Right Product For Each Room

A single commercial interior usually needs several different coating systems. Open office walls take a washable eggshell; corridors and stairwells with cart and shoulder traffic need a scrubbable finish; restrooms and kitchens need moisture-resistant, cleanable coatings; back-of-house and warehouse areas often want epoxy or urethane on both floors and lower walls; and exposed structure or ductwork may need a dry-fall product applied so overspray drops before it lands on anything below. We build a room-by-room finish schedule so each surface gets the product it needs rather than one compromise sheen applied everywhere.

Painting In Occupied Commercial Buildings

Working around a live business is a scheduling discipline, not just a painting skill. We reserve freight elevators and loading docks, work approved after-hours windows, mask and protect furniture and equipment, keep egress paths open and clearly marked, ventilate properly, and clear the space before your team returns in the morning. Low-VOC and low-odor products mean no lingering smell in conference rooms or dining areas. Property managers and facilities directors tend to keep us on their approved-vendor lists for exactly this reason.

Painting As Part Of A Larger Build

Because painting is one piece of the interior work we do, it lands in the right place in the sequence: after drywall finishing and before flooring and final trim, with touch-ups held until other trades are out of the space. When paint is contracted separately it usually arrives too early, gets damaged by the trades that follow, and produces a punch list of scuffs and holidays nobody wants to own. Under one contract, that problem simply doesn't happen.
