Selective Demolition Versus A Full Strip-Out
Selective demolition removes only defined elements — a few partitions, a ceiling grid, a section of flooring — while the rest of the interior stays intact and often stays in use. It demands more planning than a full strip-out, because every cut line has to protect adjacent finishes and every disconnect has to leave live systems serving the space that remains. A full strip-out takes an interior back to bare shell: slab, columns, perimeter, and base-building risers. We do both, and we'll tell you honestly which one your project actually needs, since a strip-out is often cheaper and faster than a heavily conditional selective demo.
