Hotel Construction Overview

Hospitality renovation is scheduling under pressure. Every room out of inventory is lost revenue, so we plan hotel work in tight floor-by-floor cycles with pre-staged materials, dedicated service elevators, guest-corridor protection and hard finish dates per floor.

Our hospitality scope covers guest room renovation (casegoods, headboard walls, flooring, bathroom gut and re-tile), corridor packages (carpet, vinyl, doors, lighting, signage), lobby and check-in repositioning, F&B and bar build-outs, ballroom and meeting space, fitness and pool-deck amenities, and back-of-house kitchens, laundry and staff areas.

We deliver PIP-driven brand renovations and independent boutique projects alike, and we hold quality across hundreds of repeated rooms — the same detail on floor 12 as on the mock-up room.

How We Deliver Hotel Projects

1

Revenue-First Phasing

Floor-by-floor cycles and room-out-of-inventory counts planned with your GM to protect occupancy and ADR.

2

Mock-Up Room

A full mock-up room built and approved for finishes, casegoods and bath details before production floors start.

3

Material Pre-Staging

FF&E and finishes received, inspected and staged off-site so each floor cycle starts with everything on hand.

4

Guest-Impact Controls

Dedicated service elevators, corridor protection, quiet-hour rules and daily clean-downs on every occupied floor.

5

Floor Turnover & Punch

Each floor punched, deep cleaned and returned to inventory on its scheduled date before the next cycle opens.

Hotel Construction FAQs

Can you renovate while the hotel is open?

Yes — that's the norm. We work in floor-by-floor cycles with guest protection, dedicated elevators and noise windows agreed with operations.

Do you handle brand PIP requirements?

We build to brand standards and PIP scope, including mock-up room approval before production floors begin.

How many rooms per week can you deliver?

Depends on scope, but a typical soft-goods-plus-bathroom package runs 8–14 rooms per week per crew.
